Job requirements:

- Qualified and Registered Social Workers - Understanding of children and families with complex needs - Proven engagement skills with tamariki - Excellent problem-solving skills - Resilience and ability to work through challenging situations - Full clean valid driver's licence

Job responsibilities:

- Working with children with complex needs and their families - Implementing the wraparound approach - Strengthening families and communities - Engaging with existing community and statutory services - Writing court reports

Qualifications:

- Social work qualification recognized by SWRB - Eligible for full registration

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in report writing
