Job responsibilities:

- Lead design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications, systems, and database features - Build reusable, scalable architectures and set standards for quality code - Implement best practices in automated testing and CI/CD - Provide technical mentorship and promote growth within the team - Collaborate on strategic technical decisions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred - Evidence of ongoing professional development

Skills:

- Strong hands-on coding experience in .NET - Designing and implementing Azure Functions - Knowledge of Clean Code principles, Agile/DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud solutions - Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL database optimization - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and mentor
