Solutions Designer (Pre-Sales) Full-time Job

Job requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering role
• Relevant certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCDP, or CCIP are highly desirable
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Job responsibilities:

• Stay updated on IP Networks products, focusing on routing, switching, security, and network automation
• Design and configure network solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives
• Develop comprehensive solution documentation, including network designs and technical proposals
• Partner with sales teams to provide technical guidance and strategic input during customer engagements
• Lead technical discussions and presentations, addressing customer needs and highlighting product benefits
• Create detailed proposals and technical documents to support the sales process
• Train and support internal teams and partners on solutions to enhance competency

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCDP, or CCIP are highly desirable
