- Minimum guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, prepare, and produce all recipes in line with cooking standards
- Organize and work in the kitchen service operations
- Prepare and present outstanding dishes in all outlets
- Encourage and support junior chefs and kitchen assistants
- Maintain knowledge of purchasing procedures and standards
- Ensure quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' relevant experience
- Certificate in Cookery (Level 4) is an advantage
- Expert in product quality and presentation skills
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of managing costs and MS Office
- Experience in conference and banqueting
