About the Role

As the Sterile Services Advisor, you will play a crucial role in evolving and maturing our dedicated sterile service teams and systems. Reporting to the Head of Infection Prevention and Control, you will have the opportunity to travel across our network, enhancing visibility and shaping the future of healthcare excellence.

Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have a certificate in Sterilising Technology Level 4 and a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a leadership role. Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a working knowledge of monitoring and validation requirements are essential. An understanding of private surgical hospital businesses would be advantageous.
