Nicole Rebstock, a rapidly growing New Zealand shoe label with 3 stores and a strong online presence, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our friendly and supportive team in Newmarket, Auckland.

• Retail customer service experience

• Management experience (2IC or 1IC)
• Experience in merchandising and stock management
• Training and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Achieving daily sales targets
• Motivating and managing a team
• Educating customers about the Nicole Rebstock brand
• Product merchandising and stock management
• Providing feedback to the team
• Growing the customer database
• Customer care and online order preparation
