Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Ensure a high standard of customer service
- Maintain store operations and retail standards
- Oversee inventory management
- Implement strong visual merchandising standards
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Engage with the design & trade program
- Uphold the integrity of the A&C brand
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Customer-focused with strong sales skills
- Passion for interior fashion and commercial awareness
- Experience in maintaining inventory integrity
