Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service
  • Maintain store operations and retail standards
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Implement strong visual merchandising standards
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Engage with the design & trade program
  • Uphold the integrity of the A&C brand
