Job requirements
- Honours Degree in engineering and/or management
- Post Graduate Qualification in Management
- Chartered Membership of an appropriate professional organisation
- Certificate in Asset Management or equivalent Qualification
- Programme Management experience
- Minimum 15 years' experience in management and leadership roles
- Experience in Local Government and working with Elected Members
