This fast-growing international education business is currently seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all students have access to comprehensive student support and pastoral care services.
• Organize engaging social activities and functions to foster a sense of community among students.
• Collaborate with various departments to coordinate the student at risk process and enhance student achievement.
• Coordinate student orientation programs and assist with administrative tasks.
• Manage the Homestay Provision and contribute to associated policies.
• Monitor and maintain the student attendance process.
• Collect student feedback and evaluations to continuously improve services.

Requirements

• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a diverse environment.
• Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Proficiency in English language (native speaker preferred) and good computer skills.
