Responsibilities of the Role

• Drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Create stylish seasonal wardrobes for customers
• Maintain store appearance and merchandise displays
• Host instore events for VIP customers
• Manage a team of talented instore stylists
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and meet set budgets and targets
• Provide regular customer insights to the buying team
