Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain and fulfillment processes.
• Manage inventory levels to balance stock while reducing excess inventory and costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Oversee transportation logistics, carrier selection, shipping route optimization, and freight costs management.
• Analyze data for identifying improvement areas and implementing solutions for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Utilize demand forecasting for inventory planning based on data and market trends.
• Analyze the impact of promotional events on inventory planning and update assumptions.
• Implement and maintain systems and technology to support supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience in managerial or key delivery roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Location:

Newmarket, Auckland

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $65,000 per year
