Role Responsibilities
As a Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support to Pool Magic staff to ensure excellent customer service delivery. Your responsibilities will include stock/warehouse management, fleet coordination, technical troubleshooting, pool service tasks, and customer relationship management.
Skills and Experience Required
To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Pool Service/Valet, with a qualification in Chemistry or Water quality being preferable. You must possess a thorough knowledge of swimming pool water chemistry, experience with pool servicing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive remuneration package with an hourly rate between $34-$36.
