Job requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in supporting children and young people with special needs - Training / Coaching experience - Level 4 or higher NZQA Level qualification - Assessor qualifications or ability to acquire upon appointment - Excellent communication, engagement, and organization skills - Full NZ Drivers Licence - Eligibility to live and work in NZ

Job responsibilities:

- Identifying recruitment needs and participating in the recruitment process - Managing, coordinating, and facilitating orientations - Providing training, assistance, and encouragement to staff - Investigation of complaints, accidents, and incidents - Conducting annual professional development appraisals and quality checks

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in supporting children and young people with special needs - Level 4 or higher NZQA Level qualification - Assessor qualifications or ability to acquire upon appointment

Skills:

- Training / Coaching experience - Excellent communication, engagement, and organization skills
