Support Worker Full-time Job

Key points:

• Permanent, full-time position
• Working in a farm setting, based in Ardmore, Auckland

Job requirements:

• Must have a caring nature and impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends
• Heavy lifting may be required
• Current full driver's license
• Hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or equivalent
• Knowledge in horticulture, customer service, and the Health and Wellbeing sector

Job responsibilities:

• Support individuals in real employment and maintenance of the organic farm
• Assist with health and wellbeing of individuals
• Encourage community connections and relationships
• Help in the addition of garden, tunnel house, orchard, and online webstore

Qualifications:

• New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or recognized equivalent

Skills:

• Caring nature, attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends and assist with online sales
• Knowledge in horticulture and customer service
