Job requirements:

- A strong swimming background - Sound knowledge of the correct technique for all four strokes - Enthusiastic, reliable, and great with kids - Positive attitude with strong communication skills - Commitment to the role for at least 12 months

Qualifications:

- No formal coaching experience required - Candidates must have a strong swimming background - Prior competitive swimming experience is desirable
