Systems Team Leader Full-time Job

Job requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a DC/warehouse environment - Bachelor's degree or higher - Strong understanding of DC Inventory & Operational Processes - Experience with SAP and WMS (Blue Yonder/JDA) - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Power BI - Solid understanding of OSH regulations, food safety, and DC hazards

Job responsibilities:

- Ensure team activities align with safety objectives - Conduct team meetings to foster a high-performing culture - Analyze inventory data and support decision-making - Develop dashboards and reports for stock movements - Maintain data integrity and consistency - Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Provide detailed reporting on system performance - Manage vendor/supplier integrations and slotting opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher - 2 years of experience in a DC/warehouse environment

Skills:

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Power BI - Experience with SAP and WMS - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
