Job responsibilities

• Safely operate the drill to install services
• Lead and support the crew effectively
• Assist with ad hoc labouring tasks as needed
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment
• Provide monthly health and safety reports
• Maintain and service machinery regularly

Qualifications

• Class 1 full license essential
• Horizontal directional drilling experience essential
• Site safe desirable
• WTR desirable

Skills

• Commitment, reliability, and meeting expectations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
