Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on IFE/GCS installation, maintenance, and support
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for system issues
• Coordinate new system introductions and customer technical requirements
• Support software and hardware upgrades and maintenance operations on aircraft
• Document testing and repairs using appropriate recording systems

Requirements

• 4-Year degree or relevant work experience in aircraft maintenance or technical field
• Knowledge of global civil aviation regulations (CAA/EASA/FAA)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to travel locally and abroad, work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in IT systems and MS software products
