About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position where all Inland Revenue locations are considered. As a Technology Specialist (Level 2), you will be part of the Delivery team within Inland Revenue's Planning, Design, and Delivery team. The team specializes in ensuring the integrity of end-to-end solutions across Oracle (ATEA and SAP).

About You

As a Technology Specialist (Level 2), you will report to the Service Owner - Initiative and Release Delivery. The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Minimum of five years supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion cloud products/modules, with SAP experience being a plus
  • Prior experience as a Developer/Implementer/Programmer/System Administrator
  • Ability to translate technology to business professionally
  • Experience in system or user acceptance testing and coaching others
  • Project management/administration skills, with familiarity in ServiceNow and Jira
  • Self-motivation, focus, and customer-oriented responsiveness
  • Capability to collaborate with partners/customers, understand requirements, and document processes
  • Ability to work independently, follow guidelines, and solve problems proactively
