Are you a skilled Trade Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Our sheet metal company is seeking individuals with proven carpentry experience for upcoming residential projects. If you have a passion for building fitouts and are proficient in using hand and power tools, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Proven carpentry experience
• Ability to weld
• Site Safe certificate
• Reliable transport
• Full class 1 license

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working on-site assisting in the building of fitouts, including installing frames, ceilings, floors, and other hardware. Your duties will involve heavy lifting, stacking, loading and unloading, driving to sites, and working with a variety of materials. Safety is paramount, and you must have full PPE gear, including safety boots, long sleeve hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and a hard hat.

Working Hours and Compensation

• Hours: Monday to Friday (07:30 am - 4:00 pm)
• Rate: $27 per hour
• Location: Otahuhu, Auckland

Additional Requirements

• Eligible to work in New Zealand with no restrictions
• Pass pre-employment checks
• Pass a drug test and have a clean MOJ
