About the Company:

Our client, a well-established nutritional dairy manufacturer, is seeking a Utilities Process Operator to join their team at their state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in North Waikato / South Auckland. The company is currently expanding its product lines and client base, offering great potential for career growth within a supportive work environment.

The Role:

As a Utilities Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various plant systems such as water plants, disinfection systems, boilers, air compressors, and chillers. This role involves diagnosing equipment breakdowns, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting water testing, and more. The position currently requires a Monday-Friday schedule from 6.00am - 2.30pm, with potential for shift work in the future.

You, the Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience in process and system control, particularly in wastewater or potable water processes. Knowledge of drinking water standards, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and relevant certifications are essential. Additionally, candidates should have a forklift license, chemical handling certification, and experience in a production environment.
