Overview

Are you an experienced professional in Warehouse Operations looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our multi-channel distribution operation in Auckland. This role reports directly to the Group Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Maintain WHS policies and procedures
• Train and mentor warehouse staff
• Determine handling and storage requirements
• Manage 3PL relationships
• Oversee a diverse distribution network
• Manage inventory including planning layout, product flow, and handling systems
• Utilize analytical tools and techniques for workflow improvement and environmental requirements
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal customers, transport companies, and Government transport authorities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Working knowledge of warehousing operations
• Experience in managing and implementing change
• Strong stakeholder management skills
