Job Opening: Part-Time Sales Assistant

We are currently seeking a part-time sales assistant to join our team at the brand new Queens Wineshop. If you are as elegant as a Single Malt Whisky, as bright as a Dry Riesling, or as intriguing as a Nebbiolo, this might just be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Identify customer preferences and assist with product selection
• Maintain high visual presentation standards
• Handle products with care
• Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions

Qualifications

• Passion for wine, beer, and spirits with a drive to expand product knowledge
• Commitment to self-directed learning
• Curiosity about people's needs and a desire to meet them
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and visual merchandising
• Team player mentality
• Self-motivated and efficient
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Manager's Certificate required
