Position Benefits

Position Responsibilities

As the On-the-Tools Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a skilled team in maintaining and repairing construction equipment to ensure project efficiency and safety. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in supporting the company's commitment to high-quality infrastructure development. The role may require Saturday or evening work for urgent call-outs.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

- Experience with Piling Drill Rig is advantageous - Background as a Diesel Mechanic working on construction equipment - Relevant Level 4 Qualification (Heavy Diesel Trade Cert.) - Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems - Full NZ Class 1 & 2 driver's license with a clean driving record - WTR License is a must - Ability to lead a diverse team and handle administrative tasks efficiently - Appropriate licenses for heavy trucks, construction equipment, and forklifts
