Our client, a leading ground engineering and civil construction company in Auckland, is seeking an 'On-The-Tools Workshop Supervisor' to join their team in Drury. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $140,000 plus a company vehicle, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.

The Role

As an 'On-The-Tools Workshop Supervisor', you will lead a skilled team in maintaining and repairing construction equipment to ensure project efficiency and safety. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in supporting the company's commitment to high-quality infrastructure development. The role involves managing a diverse team of 10 mechanics, overseeing maintenance tasks, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

Requirements

• Drill Rig experience is highly advantageous
• Relevant Level 4 Qualification (Heavy Diesel Trade Cert.)
• Full NZ Class 1 & 2 driver's license and clean driving record
• WTR License
• Ability to lead a team and handle administrative responsibilities
