About the Role

As a Youth Worker, you will have the chance to support vulnerable young people, provide daily care and supervision, motivate them to make positive choices, and build meaningful relationships. Your role will involve managing challenging behaviors and using trauma-informed practices to help turn lives around.

What We're Looking For

While a Certificate IV in Youth or Community Services is beneficial, we are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, resilience, patience, and a genuine desire to support young people. Experience working with vulnerable populations or in challenging environments is a plus.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold a current Registration to work with vulnerable people, undergo psychological and physical fitness testing, and pass pre-employment checks, including conviction checks. Successful candidates will also complete six weeks of full-time, paid induction training.
