Job requirements

- Current NZ nursing practicing certificate - Experience in NZ aged care - InterRAI assessor - Experience in health and safety and infection control - Leadership experience preferred

Job responsibilities

- Provide high level of care to residents - Supervise, mentor, and coach staff - Ensure accurate documentation and implementation - Monitor and evaluate planned care - Communicate with residents and families - Maintain safe practicing environment
