About the Role

Astra Radiology, a specialized radiology clinic in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join their Radiology nursing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to both inpatients and outpatients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures. Astra Radiology is part of the Integral Diagnostics Group (IDX), offering comprehensive Radiology and Tele-radiology services to medical facilities and hospitals.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing various radiology procedures
• Work across multiple sites including Remuera and North Shore
• Participate in pre, peri, and post-examination patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications and Skills

• Current APC and Registered to Practice in New Zealand
• Strong patient-centered care approach
• Ability to build effective patient relationships
• Cannulation qualification (training provided)
• Organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to respond in emergency situations
