About the Role
As a Legal Secretary in this role, you will be supporting one Partner and a small team of senior solicitors. Your responsibilities will include word processing, drafting letters and documents, transcribing digital dictation, diary management, organizing events, administration tasks, and assisting with documentation. This dynamic role will require you to work in a deadline-driven environment and interact with high-profile clients and brands.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a legal secretary in Banking and Finance or Corporate Law. Proficiency in PPSR and the Companies Office is essential. Advanced typing skills with a minimum speed of 50wpm, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are key requirements for this role. The ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and deliver on deadlines is crucial.
