- **Client Relationships:** The role involves leading relationships with a variety of clients in the North Island, including direct clients of all sizes. The ability to travel within the North Island, including locations like Napier, Tauranga, and Taupo, is required.

- **Key Competencies:** The successful candidate should be motivated, passionate, and confident in dealing with clients. They should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
