The Role

Located in Takapuna, SHARE is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounts administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and positive, thriving in a professional yet enjoyable work environment. Responsibilities include daily cash management, managing payroll, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, month-end reporting, bank reconciliations, tax management, and more.

Who Are We Looking For?

SHARE values a high-performance culture and is in search of an adaptable accounts professional with experience in day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is a numbers person who enjoys collaborative teamwork and possesses excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. While experience with XERO and online payroll providers is preferred, it's not essential. Strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of accounting and tax concepts, and effective communication abilities are essential for this role.
