Key Responsibilities

• Prepare intricate budgets and forecasts promptly
• Manage team tasks related to financial and statutory reporting
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations
• Monitor cash flow, banking relationships, and optimize working capital management
• Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes

Criteria for Success

• 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance
• 3+ years of experience in property or financial services
• CA/CPA/ACCA qualification desirable
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Proven track record in managing large budgets and complex processes
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
