Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the accountant with financial tasks
  • Manage accounts payable and visa cards
  • Process income and reconcile accounts
  • Help with cash flow management
  • Update databases in Vega CRM and communicate with donors

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this part-time admin role should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Excel are required. Strong communication skills and the ability to learn new CRM software quickly are essential. Alignment with CBA's values and mission is a must.
