Job Responsibilities
- Correct processing of invoices through Continia invoicing system - Managing accounts payable ledger and ensuring timely payments - Allocation of sales invoices to bank receipts - Bank reconciliation and matching off transactions - Adding and removing hire resources from ERP system - Assisting with other accounting matters as needed
Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently
