About the Role
This temporary position, lasting approximately 2 months, requires Senior Accounts Payable Specialists with expertise in handling high volumes of complex transactions, preferably on SAP. The role involves supporting the Senior Assistant Accountant in clearing a backlog resulting from the system implementation. The tasks include reconciliations, invoice matching, and reprocessing invoices, calling for individuals with end-to-end payables experience to navigate through these complexities effectively.
About You
The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional efficiency in managing high workloads due to the substantial volume of invoices processed by the Accounts Payable team. Strong attention to detail is crucial for investigating discrepancies in invoices. While SAP experience is preferred, familiarity with other large systems may also be considered. Proficiency in intermediate Excel and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
