Job requirements:
- New Zealand-relevant degree qualification - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with strong reconciliation experience - Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft and Excel - MYOB and Xero experience - Legally allowed to work full-time in New Zealand
Job responsibilities:
- Day-to-day data entry and maintenance of all AR & AP - Investigating and processing credit note requests - Daily cash up - Daily bank reconciliation - Month-end reconciliation of creditor and debtor’s ledgers - Weekly cash banking report - Reporting on AR & AP - Staff Payroll - Filing PAYE, GST return - Stocktaking - Invoicing for enrollment and re-enrollment - Financial report preparation - Files keeping - Liaison with Public trust, Studylink to check Tuition fee payment and refund - Liaison with TEC such as SDR, Tuition fee-free, and FVR reports - Other campus administration duties may be required
Qualifications:
- New Zealand-relevant degree qualification - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with strong reconciliation experience
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a customer service-oriented environment - Advanced computer skills - MYOB and Xero experience
