### About the Role

- **Position:** Administrator - **Location:** Auckland North Visual Resource Centre, Hobsonville, Auckland - **Hours:** Permanent, 20 hours per week, term time only

As an administrator at the Visual Resource Centre, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the teaching team. Your role will involve various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.

### Key Responsibilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Liaising with the BLENNZ community, schools, and other agencies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and willingness to learn new systems - Exceptional organisational skills and process-oriented mindset - Maintenance of electronic filing, inventory, and accounting systems - Ability to take meeting minutes, process referrals, order supplies, and manage lease vehicles

### Desired Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 - Organised and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
