Job Description

The Applications and Admissions team at the University of Auckland is seeking Admission Specialists for fixed-term roles. As an Admission Specialist, you will be responsible for making program decisions for prospective students, interacting with internal stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to admission criteria and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make program decisions for University admission
• Advise prospective students on courses and entry requirements
• Build relationships with academic staff and student support
• Continuous improvement in role performance

Requirements:

• Experience in program decision-making
• Knowledge of education systems and admission regulations
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive change and innovation

Salary: $68,600 - $76,000 per annum
