Overview

The University of Auckland, New Zealand's premier university, is currently seeking two Research Funding Advisers to join their team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in managing funding portfolios and supporting researchers in their grant applications to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to researchers on the submission process for funding applications
• Facilitate support campaigns and informational events
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to advise researchers
• Undertake quality assurance checks on research proposals

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification
• Experience in research management within a large organization
• Familiarity with significant research funds such as HRC, Marsden, etc.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage stakeholders
