About the Role

As a Health & Safety Adviser at Ara Poutama Aotearoa, you will play a crucial role in improving safety practices, fostering leadership, and ensuring the wellbeing of our team. Working within the on-site leadership team, you will contribute to implementing sustainable change and promoting a culture of care. Reporting to the Regional Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team focused on organizational challenges and cultural initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about serving and enhancing the safety of our people, driving positive change in safety practices, and nurturing a culture of care. The ideal candidate will be resilient, have a strong customer service orientation, and possess the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $81,606 - $115,209, with a mid-point indicative of full competence in the role at $96,007. The appointment and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
