Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care

Overview

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for Aged Care looking for a fulfilling career opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at a well-respected and ethical not-for-profit Aged Care provider based in Inverell, Regional NSW. This is a permanent full-time role with a fantastic package that includes fully paid accommodation for 12 months and a sign-on bonus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay significantly above award rates ($50.60 per hour)

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to our Residents while adhering to organizational policies and procedures. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees, and ensure optimal service delivery.

Requirements

Essential requirements for this role include:

• Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience in Residential Aged Care
• Valid AHPRA registration
• Right to work in Australia
• Thorough understanding of accreditation standards in Aged Care
• Mature and empathetic outlook
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to organizational core values
• Availability to work a variety of shifts

Desirable but not essential requirements include familiarity with AN-ACC Care Minute requirements, supervisory experience, and Basic Life Support accreditation.
