Job responsibilities

- Lead Agile delivery across multiple software development teams - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align priorities and optimize delivery roadmaps - Manage dependencies and stakeholder communication - Advocate for Agile best practices - Work with offshore and onshore teams to enhance efficiency and communication - Leverage data-driven insights and Agile metrics to track progress

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead in a SaaS, software, or product-driven environment - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and Jira - Experience in a cloud-first, DevOps, or CI/CD environment is desirable - Ability to manage dependencies and optimize cross-team collaboration - Excellent communication skills - Experience working with offshore and distributed teams is a plus - Domain knowledge in legal tech, fintech, or enterprise software is advantageous
