Job responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, service requests, and ITSM tasks
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and configurations
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant team members while ensuring timely updates
  • Track and document progress and provide update to users; resolving in a timely manner and documenting the resolution in the ITSM system
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and process templates
  • Support governance audits, compliance checks, and project success
  • Stay informed about emerging IT trends and contribute to process improvements

Job requirements

  • Tertiary-level certification or diploma in IT (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of practical helpdesk experience with strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Entra ID, access management tools, cloud technologies, and ITIL practices
  • Hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, and relevant call-tracking tools

Qualifications

  • Tertiary-level certification or diploma in IT (or equivalent experience)
