Job responsibilities
- Handle and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, service requests, and ITSM tasks
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and configurations
- Escalate complex issues to relevant team members while ensuring timely updates
- Track and document progress and provide update to users; resolving in a timely manner and documenting the resolution in the ITSM system
- Create and update knowledge base articles and process templates
- Support governance audits, compliance checks, and project success
- Stay informed about emerging IT trends and contribute to process improvements
Job requirements
- Tertiary-level certification or diploma in IT (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of practical helpdesk experience with strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Entra ID, access management tools, cloud technologies, and ITIL practices
- Hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, and relevant call-tracking tools
Qualifications
