Responsibilities of the Role

• Updating alarm monitoring response instructions
• Analyzing system reporting to identify alarm defects and logging faults
• Generating customer and alarm activity reports
• Working with the National Monitoring Manager to enhance customer satisfaction through process improvements
• Identifying high alarm activity sites and providing recommendations to reduce alarm activations

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• High personal and professional standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages
• Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• Positive and professional attitude
• Previous experience with Monitoring application Mastermind is advantageous
