You will engage with a diverse range of customers, solve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by effectively using our software systems and portals.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment
• Strong technical aptitude and computer skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
