Job Description

Precinct is currently seeking a recent graduate to join their Analytics team. This role involves providing data management and analytical support, working closely with the Analyst team to prepare various reports for Executives and the Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate cashflow forecasts in Cougar
  • Managing a portfolio statistics database
  • Updating the deals done spreadsheet
  • Assisting with verifying external communications and reports
  • Preparing Business Plans, Management Reports, and Board reports
  • Assisting in internal and external presentations
  • Contributing to sustainability reports by collating consumption and carbon emissions data

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Property, Economics, or Finance/Accounting
  • Data analysis and trend identification capabilities
  • Interest in the commercial property industry and sustainable business practices
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel/Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of the NZ property market
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
