Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity in the Hibiscus Coast area? Bayleys is seeking a full-time, permanent Property Manager to join our Orewa office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portion of our rental portfolio, building client relationships, conducting property inspections, facilitating new rentals, and overseeing property maintenance and repairs.

Your Responsibilities

As a Property Manager at Bayleys, you will play a crucial role in maintaining owner and tenant relationships, ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, and upholding Health and Safety policies. Reporting to the Company Director, you will be an integral part of our successful sales team, where attention to detail and a proactive approach are highly valued.
