A charitable organization in Epsom, Auckland, is looking for a dedicated individual to handle Payroll & Accounts Administration tasks for empowering diverse communities. This permanent role offers flexibility with 25 - 32 hours per week and the option to work one day from home.

Role Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Monitor debtor and creditor ageing levels
  • Expense allocations and bank reconciliations
  • Support month-end close and general ledger maintenance
  • Liaise with the internal team for payment and receipt queries
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by the manager

Profile Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, possess a high attention to detail, be a confident and quick learner, and a natural problem solver. A passion for helping people is essential for success in this role.
