Location and Salary

Located in Auckland CBD, our client offers a prime office location near the Viaduct, Britomart, and Commercial Bay. The role comes with a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 per year.

The Role and Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will report to the Senior Accountant and play a crucial role in managing accounts payable transactions, bank reconciliations, reimbursement forms, financial pack creation, GST preparation, and more. This position offers ample opportunities for professional growth and development within the finance team.

Requirements for the Role

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and administration
• Proficiency in handling complex transactions and month-end processes
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (experience with NetSuite preferred)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
