- Relevant engineering and tertiary qualification - Injection moulding knowledge and experience - Thermoforming experience is an advantage - 5+ years of experience in production management or supervisory role - Good time management and organizational skills - Excellent people skills and HR management track record - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job responsibilities:

- Coordinating & reporting day-to-day activities with Production Manager - Assisting HR and resource management of the production team - Ensuring production processes are followed and improved - Implementing LEAN manufacturing principles - Troubleshooting machine/mould breakdowns - Ensuring production KPIs are met - Assisting in KPI analysis and report - Working on new equipment procurement and production scaling

Qualifications:

- Relevant engineering and tertiary qualification
